I started Eight Chairs because if I saw one more beige brochure about 'The Change' featuring a woman laughing at a salad, I was going to scream. I wanted supplements that actually work (because I’m tired), gifts I’d send my best friend without cringing, and a place that treats perimenopause like a life stage, not a medical condition. Since it didn’t exist, I built it.
